Vehicle History: We maintain a detailed paper and electronic copy of your Subaru's service history. This ensures:

- Your vehicle's history is available for you at any time.
- Your Subaru will be worth at trade-in because it will be in better condition.
- My.subaru.com records are automatically updated from our database and can be viewed by you from your home or work computer.
Database Search: Each time your car comes to our service center, we will perform a search of Subaru's database to assure it is up to date with factory improvements/enhancements and that any recalls, should there be any, are completed.
Customer Lounge: Two customer waiting areas, one with a large flat screen TV to catch the morning news of for your entertainment and a lounge for those prefer the quiet space. Free WiFi access throughout the upper level. Complimentary coffee/tea.
Shuttle Service: Free morning and late afternoon shuttle service. We will take you to/from Alewife T Station, Harvard Express Bus, Commuter Rail and Surrounding Area.
Subaru Loaner Cars: We keep a fleet of more than 30 new Subaru loaner cars that are available by reservation for most vehicle service appointments.
Labor Guarantee: We guarantee our workmanship for a full twelve months.
Body Shop: In the unpleasant event of an accident, we offer off-site auto body repair with shops that use genuine Subaru parts for better quality, fit and finish.
