Q: Will Subaru's electric car have all-wheel drive?
A: Yes, Subaru is most famous for its safety and superior all-wheeldrive, allowing you to go wherever your adventures may take you. This legacy continues with their new electric vehicle currently in collaboration with Toyota called Evoltis. It will have all-wheel-drive and is scheduled to start production Spring 2022.
Q: What is Subaru's Global Platform?
A: Subaru's Global Platform is a flexible architecture structure that allows them to build many different models on one platform, from a compact vehicle to a seven or eight-seater SUV. The benefits are that customers get a vehicle with an incredibly strong foundation that has been tried and tested, meeting top safety marks, and factories can transition quickly to building many different models at one location.
Q: What will the range of Subaru's electric vehicle?
A: The Evoltis, currently under collaboration with Toyota, will reportedly have a range of 300 miles and produce 280-horsepower.

They managed to drop off some weight for a total of 2,817 pounds and an upgraded engine boosting the horsepower from the previous 205 to 228-horsepower. Torque is also up an additional 15-percent to improve everyday driving and take a full second off its 0-60-miles-per hour timing.
